Subashini is known assisting clients from all walks of life. As well as being committed to protecting the liberty of clients, she is determined to ensure that her clients are given a fair trial.
Since joining the firm in early 2016, Subashini has gained substantial experience in dealing with cases in the Crown Court, under the supervision of Mohsin Ariff. She is known for her ability to critically analyse prosecution evidence, follow every potential line of enquiry and ensure that her clients are informed of any progress in their case. As such, Subashini has a direct approach in dealing with cases, getting to the heart of the problem and delivering practical solutions.
Whilst working in several charities and law firms, Subashini assisted numerous clients dealing with homelessness and immigration matters. From her experience of running a busy legal advice line, Subashini has developed the knowledge and expertise to assist clients in identifying secondary legal problems.
Subashini is also able to deal with all matters relating to Confiscation and other proceedings under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
Subashini is currently a Trainee Solicitor at Lloyds PR Solicitors. She is known for being trustworthy, hardworking and committed to acting in the best interests of her clients.
