AREAS OF PRACTICE

Alexandria joined Lloyds PR Solicitors in July 2017. Alexandria is a duty qualified Solicitor who is responsible for the preparation of cases for trial, including both Magistrates and Crown Court cases. Alexandria is also a police station accredited representative who represents clients at the police station on a regular basis for various offences including multi-handed drug offences, robbery, burglary, fraud, firearms and sexual offences.

  • R v SA & Others, Maidstone Crown Court

Representing a defendant charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, possession of a firearm with intent, s.18 Grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice – ongoing case.

  •  R v JC, St Albans Crown Court

Represented a defendant charged with assault on an emergency worker and possession of an offensive weapon – CPS offered no evidence.

  •  R v CS & RB, St Albans Magistrates Court

Represented two co-defendants charged with Theft and Fraud by false representation – not guilty verdicts.

  •  R v LL, St Albans Youth Court

Represented a defendant charged with Arson with intent – not guilty verdict.

  •  R v BH, St Albans Magistrates Court

Represent a defendant charged with two counts of assault and threats to cause criminal damage – not guilty verdict.

  •  R v MS, St Albans Crown Court

Represented a defendant charged with two counts of assault with intent to resist arrest – Crown offered no evidence.

Represented a defendant charged with robbery – not guilty verdict.

Represented two co-defendants charged with Actual bodily harm – not guilty verdicts.

Represented a defendant charged with two counts of Breach of a restraining order – not guilty verdict.
